The baby massage classes will teach you:

  • as an introduction to massage, the Holding Reassurance programme
  • how to give your baby a full Developmental Body massage
  • how to prepare for the massage, and when too and not to massage your baby
  • the different types of oils which can be used safely
  • and the benefits of baby massage and much more

Please Note:
You baby must have been for his or her 8/ 10 week check-up with your Doctor.
Baby massage will be taught for babies aged 8/ 10 weeks to crawling.

Group sessions @ Your Home
Course fee: £40.00 for 4 sessions of 60 minutes each (minimum of 4 mothers).
If more than 4 sessions are required, I am more than willing to accommodate you, at an extra cost.

Included in the price are step by step course notes and a small bottle of massage oil.
This will be in the comfort of your own home.
Gather your local NCT/NHS Antenatal group/ friends together.

Private/ One-on-one sessions
Course fee: £60.00 for 3 sessions of 60 minutes each.
OR
Single Session: £25.00 of 60 minutes.

Included in the price are step by step course notes and a small bottle of massage oil.
This will be in the comfort of your own home with just you, baby and me.
(Ideal for a session for Grandparents)

Classes
I also teach a 5-week course of weekly baby massage classes in the Surbiton area if you would rather like to join a group of mothers away from your house. This course costs £45 for 5 classes.
The classes are bookable on a first come first serve basis and are very popular; so pre-booking is advisable!

It’s a great way to meet other mother’s in your local area!

Please note:
You’ll need to bring along the following to the sessions:

  • towel (large),
  • changing mat,
  • wipes.

Baby should be fed before any sessions – there are facilities available for feeding before the group class start.

PAYMENTS:
When booking, please take into account that there is a cancellation policy.
Deposits:
You will be expected to pay a non-refundable deposit of roughly 50% on all classes and sessions. In the unfortunate event that the class is cancelled, your deposit will be returned to you in full. If you cancel your booking, your deposit will be kept, but may be used as a part payment on a class in the future.
More than 24hrs notice:
There will be no charge. If you are ill or feel the onset of illness a couple of days before your appointment, it would be better to postpone your appointment at that point.
Less than 24hrs notice:
You will be expected to pay around 50% of the treatment cost.
No-show:
You will be required to pay the FULL treatment cost. If you have taken the 5-course, you will forfeit that session.
